many delicious meals of potatoes and butternut squash harvested from our gardens shared at this table with beeswax candles burning as the skies darken earlier each night
I love squashes of every kind cooked every way! Especially stuffed and roasted or cut into wedges. Squashes keep so well and we always use ours well into the winter so they always remind me of cosy nights in :)
I truly enjoyed your newsletter - and thank you so much for the heart - it's hanging where I can pass by it many times each day, and each time I do, I say a little prayer of gratitude. A sweet gift for me in many ways. Thank you.
And for something completely unrelated - lol - we have the same dishes. :)
Such a beautiful table Tonya. We are heading into summer here in South Africa as you head towards winter... With gratitude to visit this space... xo Linda
Your fall table creates such a lovely image. Thank you for sharing! I especially like the mis-matched plates--our table always looks the same. With small children, dishes get broken all the time, and we never are able to keep a full set of anything. :)
I noticed you use canning jars as drinking glasses--are they less breakable?
Oh yes, truly! You have much to be grateful for, Tonya! What a lovely table, where loved ones sit all around. I imagine the conversation at your table is lively! Did you go to Sheep and Wool?
Your table looks absolutely splendid. I can imagine the beautiful times you have with your family at your table. So much to be thankful for too, so lovely.
I love how cozy and inviting your table looks.... wish I could come for dinner!! The Autumn trees arrived safely thanks, along with your sweet little note. They are a big hit already! Do you have a 'button' for your shop that i can put in my side bar on the blog??
