This week after Christmas is such a nice time to reflect, organize, spend time playing games inside  and outside, and to make some plans for the coming months.  What are you doing this week?

Warm wishes, Tonya

(I am also putting the finishing touches on the newsletter - sorry for the post-Christmas delay.  They will begin to be mailed on Friday.  I am really excited about this issue.)

  1. Those gifts are all so lovely; I love that pink sweater!

I'm doing a lot of reflecting, organizing and cleaning this week in preparation for a brand new year.

  2. Wonderful pictures! Enjoy the holiday!

  3. Dear Tonya,
Such lovely photos and beautiful presents. How wonderful to be playing hockey in the snow. It is so hot here at the moment, the children swim almost every afternoon. I always love to see the different seasons across the world, snow and sunshine...
    Take care,

  4. Love the presents they are so useful and nothing better than a handmade pair of mittens.
The sweater is so cute. thanks for sharing your pictures. Rebekah

  5. Looks like you all had a very Merry Christmas!
I like the week after Christmas too ~ a nice time to catch your breath, sit back and reflect.
I'm looking forward to receiving your newsletter!:)

  6. The photos are beautiful, so sweet and loving - a wonderful Christmas indeed. Yesterday we began preparing our candles for the New Years Sailing boats, a family tradition we've celebrated since they were little. Have a beautiful week Tonya. xxx

  7. Ah yes, reflection :). Did some of that today as well, on change, and more change. Love your photos :) and have a great week!

  8. Tonya, we are doing much of the same this week! Happy Holidays to you and your family, and much love and peace!

  9. Dear Tonya,

Such sweet presents! Thank you for sharing with us.

  10. I long for more reflection around here! My week after Christmas is tending to colds, and trying to work on lecture notes... but we're also enjoying cocooning! My 5yo goes out to play with her chickens daily, and the snow is gorgeous. My 14.5yo was given new watercolor tubes by her auntie, so she's been painting gorgeous little scenes. There's been a lot of snuggling and reading.

  11. Such sweet gifts! What a lovely family time. Adorable sweater.
