Three Weeks!

Emmy is wearing a hand knit sweater from our friend and neighbor and little shoes I knit for her.  At three weeks she is more awake, alert and bright-eyed.  She has, also, developed  a fussy time in the evening from about 7:00 - 9:00 pm when she finally falls asleep.  I continue to be in awe of her and fall in love with her a little more each day.

  6. Oh, what a blessing- what a precious gift she is!
Ella also had a fussy time in the evenings as a baby. It was difficult to get through- then she outgrew it by 3 months.

  7. I am right there with you, mama! My little George is 6 weeks now and has the same fussy time. I tried eliminating foods but I honestly think it is just busier around the house at that time. I think George is just overstimulated. I figured out that once I can get him to calm down long enough to realize that he is safe and warm and loved, he will burp, nurse, and fall asleep. We are all so in love with him and I can see why some families have so many children. This love is addicting. I love their sweet smell and soft gaze. Best wishes for you and your little sweetie! May God continue to bless you and your beautiful family :-)
