What a great find! It looks nice, too. I have found half my home furnishings at tag sales and flea markets. Sometimes those items are the best. Have a great day!
What a great find! I can't tell you how often I come across things that we need, free or thrifted, and very timely. I just think there is so much "stuff" floating around that there is often no need to buy new.
What agreat find! I love the feeling i get when I buy used and get a great deal. I try really hard to be a good steward with our money. Everything in our house is used. We have never bought a piece of furniture brand new. And that is quite alright by me;)
A wonderful find indeed...God is so good like that...I once needed a love seat to fit in our very small space...I casually spoke Lord,I need a love seat. The very first garage sale we came upon...there it was a perfectly fine one..I asked..How much for the love seat..the man replied 50 cents...I kid you not...God amazes me over and over. Since I am sharing....Another time I was cleaning up as my MIL was coming to stay the weekend. I was sweeping with a numb of a broom, and thought to myself...I really need to buy me a new broom. When my MIL arrived and was unpacking her car....she pulled out a brand new straw broom...saying,I bought this and wasn't happy with it...I thought maybe you could use it. I cried over that pretty new broom :) That was a long time ago when my children were small..we were very poor, but very happy...God takes care of his own. Didn't mean to write a book :) Blessings
Oh how lovely! I also wanted to let you know that the little coaster order I made for my mother in law in Atlanta made it there and was a huge success! Do come over to http://recyclingmama.squarespace.com if you ever find a few minutes extra at your computer: Have a great rest of your week!
What a lovely find! I too find that so often my needs are met at garage sales or thrift storesvif I just have alittle patience. This summer's wants/needs that were met included a hand held beater found by my 5 yr old at a garage sale and a music stand my eldest needed for school that my mom found at another garage sale.
I have been encouraged over and over with the things we are given when we ask and wait. Even in the little things like a wee table and chairs (such a find!). :)
Great find. Like you, we have been truly blessed many times to find what we need at yard sales and thrift stores. I always consider those finds "tender mercies" from a loving God who cares about every aspect of our lives. Thanks for this wonderful post!
great find!

Beautiful find! I love how our needs and often wants are met if we only make them known, pray and wait. His timing and supply is so perfect.
