Inspiration Monday


I thought that it might be nice to start each week with a little inspiration.

From the Zander's book, The Art of Possibility ~

A shoe factory sends two marketing scouts to a region of Africa to study the prospects for expanding business.  
One sends back a telegram saying,
"Situation hopeless, no one wears shoes"

The other one writes back - 
"Glorious business opportunity, they have no shoes"

    The question is: Are they better off without shoes, or with someone suddenly telling them how much they need them?

      I think the point was more about possibility thinking, how we can turn almost any situation into one of possibilities - I do agree with you about the shoes, but I think this was a hypothetical situation.
