I love it that our children get excited about the little things.

  1. Ha! This is great! They always inspire me to be more grateful for small things as well.

  2. Oh I so agree! Underwear and socks are a big thing here too! The girls get funny about it on the line though. I have to sandwich it between towels and sheets. LOL

  3. You have very sweet kids. I think mine would be mortified that I even mentioned, much less showed pictures, of them on my blog. :)

  4. That's so sweet! My boys get excited about new underwear, too. Jasper (my 4 year old) is still excited about some underwear I bought him about a year ago that have pictures of little robots on them. :)

  6. I always think if you're happy with your undies, it can only get better as the day goes on! xx

  7. I have to share a short story with you. Not long ago my son in law and almost three year old grandson come by to help her son work on his truck...while daddy was doing that,Jaxon came inside with me. He was carrying a sack from the Dollar General store, and couldn't wait to show me his daddy had brought him some new socks and underwear. He wanted to try the underwear on right away, and did. He ran out on the porch to show his daddy, and they were so big they just about fell down around his ankles..it was really a sight. Needless to say I bagged them back up so daddy could take them back to exchange for the right size. He was so sad his undies didn't work :) I wish teenagers were as easy to please :) Blessings

  8. Praises to God for you and your family see all the blessings! By today's measured standard being excited about new undies must be because you're deprieved but in God's eyes he loves that you are excited and blessed by each little gift. :o)

Our children were always grate to stop for a small icecream cone and sat and enjoyed it in silence, savoring every last lick, truly content with the treat. Children today just have an entitlement attitude and to only get a small cone would be an insult*sigh*

Love your posts, I don't comment much but read almost everyone*wink*

Blessings from The Never Done Farm,
    Kelle
