Joining in again with Ginny again this glorious Wednesday. (It is sunny and is supposed to get into the 60's here in northern Vermont today!)
I am still working on Emmy's vest and am enjoying reading the new issue of Countryside that just came yesterday. Countryside is a homesteading magazine filled with articles written by people who are actually living the life. I am still reading The Charlotte Mason Companion at bed time and am learning much that I look forward to putting into practice in our home.
Looking forward to seeing what you are knitting and reading.
Warm wishes,
Tonya

ReplyDeleteI love Countryside magazine, but newest issue hasn't arrived yet; maybe today!
ReplyDeleteI wish our temps would cool to the 60's, these bugs are terrible.

The vest is coming along nicely...I hope I get my Countryside today.

I too love the colour of the vest! And looks so warm... Hope you enjoyed fully the lovely weather- we haven't been quite as lucky!!
ReplyDeleteThat purple is just gorgeous!
ReplyDeletesuch beautiful yarn. i love the flecks of color in it. i'm reading a couple of homeschooling books right now too--my daughter just turned three, and i'm considering the possibility of homeschooling her for preschool next year.
ReplyDeleteTonya...I also like this magazine the few times I've seen it. But I really like the vest...Is it perhaps the pebble vest? I've done a few of these and they are always a success!

We had 60 degrees here today, too, though probably not quite as unusual for us as for you. Looks like a great magazine!
ReplyDeleteHave to get my knitting out.
ReplyDeleteI have enjoyed that magazine for over a year now and it is wonderful. It must be read cover to cover!
