Yarn Along

Joining in again with Ginny again this glorious Wednesday.  (It is sunny and is supposed to get into the 60's here in northern Vermont today!)

I am still working on Emmy's vest and am enjoying reading the new issue of Countryside that just came yesterday.  Countryside is a homesteading magazine filled with articles written by people who are actually living the life.  I am still reading The Charlotte Mason Companion at bed time and am learning  much that I look forward to putting into practice in our home.

Looking forward to seeing what you are knitting and reading.
Warm wishes,
Tonya

  3. I love Countryside magazine, but newest issue hasn't arrived yet; maybe today!
I wish our temps would cool to the 60's, these bugs are terrible.

  10. such beautiful yarn. i love the flecks of color in it. i'm reading a couple of homeschooling books right now too--my daughter just turned three, and i'm considering the possibility of homeschooling her for preschool next year.

  11. Tonya...I also like this magazine the few times I've seen it. But I really like the vest...Is it perhaps the pebble vest? I've done a few of these and they are always a success!

  12. We had 60 degrees here today, too, though probably not quite as unusual for us as for you. Looks like a great magazine!
