In regards to reading, we have been enjoying our Christmas book basket, that is just about all the time I have during these busy days with our business - squeezing in a book to read out loud to the children here and there throughout the day.

ReplyDeleteI always bawl reading Silver Packages, such a great book! I have loved your gnomes (and pattern) since I found you many many moons ago. My dd and I have knit several over the years, and they are always a welcome gift for anyone!!

ReplyDeleteHi, I really like your blog, your style of living and raising a family and reading about all your creative endeavors. The gnomes are charming and I was thrilled to find a pattern for free. When I checked the pattern I noted there were no instructions on attaching the arms. I'd love to make some but I hate to get that far in the pattern and then mess it up. Can you help? Thanks in advance! Judy

ReplyDeleteTonya, When you mention your book basket, can you give us an idea of what books are in it? I can see the Silver Presents and the Amish Christmas - my granddaughter is only 17 months old but I've begun buying and having delivered to her, books of each season and books of major holidays... I will build on her library each year as she gets older... Ellie loves her mommy and daddy to read to her... She loves her books and if any are left around, she picks them up and pops them back into her current book basket...
