  3. I love this quote! We watched the movie "Food Inc." recently, and they should have included this quote in it. We really only grow enough to eat it fresh from the garden. I need to work on my garden planning better :-)

  6. This is a wise quote...as most quotes tend to be. I am not against medication, but I do believe that we have a choice in what we put into our bodies. Natural herbs, healthy organic foods is truly the best medicine out there!

    Thank you Tonya for sharing.

    be blessed,

  7. What a profound quote from Mr. Jefferson. And aren't we seeing today the results of government involvement, government regulation, and government subsidization in our food and pharmaceutical chains ? *sigh* Thank you for sharing the quote and the yummy photo!
