A Single Candle

"There is not enough darkness in all the world to put out the light of even one small candle."
~Robert Alden

I just love this quote. God has given each of us a voice and we can each be filled with his Light and make a difference like the light of one small candle.
A peaceful Sunday to all.
Warm wishes, Tonya

  2. What a lovely thought. I find peace when I light our beeswax candles, just the gentle flickers against the brass or pewter is well, soothing:-)

  4. Thank you for this beautiful message! I think, dear friend, that you light many candles in the darkness, through your faith and example. May you and your family be blessed.

  5. Like most things in this season, this speaks to me about mothering. So much of what fills my day seem little but when I look back over the days and weeks I see a bit more of the light. Thanks for the great quote!
