Handmade Home


I sewed up the Mama's Bag from Amanda Blake Soule's new book, Handmade Home.


As a novice sewer, I found this a wonderful project. It is wrapped up to give to a family friend today at a little birthday celebration we are giving her.

    I was just looking at that bag pattern last night, and I really want to make it! Gorgeous fabric, and I just love the construction.

    It looks great! I've been meaning to try that one soon. Now I have some added incentive since I'm not a very experienced seamstress myself. :)
