They used to do all their work around the dining table. Now, she has moved to a new house with a large finished room in the walkout basement. She is in heaven - as she can now keep everything much more orderly.Lovely Worldhttp://www.lovelyworld.typepad.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-826587706231091602.post-21638961156725092772010-08-13T06:59:41.635-04:002010-08-13T06:59:41.635-04:00I've been planning in my head what to do with ...I've been planning in my head what to do with our k, 9th, and 11th graders this year in my head. gotta dig out books put away in the attic, and set up their schedules with them. Once dh and I figure out what our proposed goals for the next 6 months or so for the boys will be, we will take them out one at a time and talk to them to see what they think their goals should be - they are supposed to be thinking about this now too. Over dinner we will discuss with them what their plan will be and how to achieve it. What resources do we need to get for them, where they can get the information, a basic schedule with a timeline and goals, etc. Later we will tweak all of this with them, again individually, as life goes on.Vernal Poolshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12509667735024706253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-826587706231091602.post-88101046812191722252010-08-12T16:26:23.471-04:002010-08-12T16:26:23.471-04:00What a great side-of-the-road find!
